CASHERSWRLD processes and ships orders as quickly as possible. Please allow 1–5 business days for order processing after your purchase is placed. During drops, launches, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be longer.
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text if provided at checkout.
Shipping times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is submitted, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed or shipped.
If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first. If additional help is needed, contact us and we will review the situation.
Lost, stolen, or delayed packages are handled on a case-by-case basis.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes charged by their country.
Due to limited releases and exclusive inventory, shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or caused by our error.
